Established in 2010, RISA Hospitality Solutions creates and provides to hotel companies practical and effective solutions in the areas of technology and investment.
Risa Technology:
As in-house counsel and outside counsel for major hotel brands, owners and managers, we realized that limited resources were available in the marketplace to allow hotel companies to effectively store and manage contract and regulatory data unique to hotel management. Currently under development, “Capture IT” is a low-cost, user-friendly cloud resource for hotel operators, brands, owners, counsel, and asset managers to manage and remotely access the contracts, permits, leases and insurance policies in day-to-day use at the hotels within a chain.
